HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR CURLY SERVICE 

All clients are required to detox from heat styling, oils, butters, silicones for at least 30 days prior to your appointment. This is required to ensure the health of your hair & guarantee an efficient appointment. Check your product labels! (See ingredient list below.)

You must arrive with your hair in its natural, un-stretched curl pattern! No braids, no twists, no ponytails, no buns, ect. No exceptions!

Moderate product is ok. Excessive product is not. Your curl pattern must be prominent & visible. 1-3 day old wash & go is typically fine, hair 4 days and older is most likely too tangled and undefined.

Hair must be completely dry.

If you are unsure, please ask. It is extremely important to see hair in its natural state to properly advise, preform cutting services, and stay on schedule. Hair is cut prior to cleansing or styling.

DETANGLING FEE -- $50
Hair that is not properly detangled according to instruction prior to appointment, or if you arrive with twists or braids, you will incur a detangling fee. In extreme cases appointment will be canceled.

Ingredients to avoid:

Cetearyl Methicone, Cetyl Dimethicone, Dimethicone, Dimethiconol, Stearyl Dimethicone, Amodimethicone, Cyclomethicone/Cyclopentasiloxane, Trimethylsilylamodimethicone.

Clients must wait outside the studio in their vehicle until the stylist is ready. Please text when you arrive. 

Children and extra guests are strictly prohibited.

NO MASK, NO SERVICE. Masks are required to be worn at all times by clients and stylist. 

If you are awaiting Covid-19 test results, have had a cough, fever, been around or living with a person that is sick please reschedule your appointment. It is extremely important that you are truthful about your current health condition, I come in contact with multiple people each day, some more vulnerable than others. This could save someone's life. The cancellation fee & policy do not apply to cancellations due to Covid-19. 

Please avoid using cash. Contactless payment via text invoice is available. 

Lastly, As we all navigate unprecedented territory with Covid-19, please keep in mind that everyone has different beliefs and experiences. I prefer to keep conversations centering around the virus to a positive as they can be very intense and draining.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In respect for my time and yours: Please notify me as soon as possible it you are running late. After 15 minutes you may be asked to reschedule. If you miss or cancel your appointment and do not provide the courtesy of at least a 48-hour notice, you will lose your deposit. A deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
