Experience a custom-tailored service and not just a quick hair fix.
Enjoy wearing your curly or coily hair unapologetically and confidently!
Geometry Curly Hair Studio specializes in teaching and empowering you with the knowledge to confidently care for your natural, curly, or wavy hair and transform it into a look that fits your personal style.
For too long we’ve let society, our family members, our workforce, and even our government dictate the hair narrative and condition us to believe that our natural texture was unacceptable.
Undesirable. Unwelcome. Unprofessional.
We have been led to believe that we should fight our natural hair texture to be worthy. Worthy of the compliments, the job, the roles, the partners, the camera time. Worthy of being donned with the good hair crown.
At Geometry, we call BS!! All curls are good. All hair is good hair.
That’s what we strive to instill into your head and heart here at Geometry Curly Hair. We are dedicated to empowering you to embrace everything good about your natural hair. After identifying your hair goals we will provide an easy-to-follow maintenance routine for you to wear and grow your natural hair. We will be with you every step of the way on this journey as you learn to fall in love with your natural curls!
Geometry curly Hair Studio helps you with
Curly hair is a spectrum
Curly Hair
Every curly hair client is unique, no one texture, volume, or density is the same. Most clients may even have two types of hair at various points of their own head. Pulling curly hair somewhat taut, you will notice a definite S pattern in the locks, at times resembling greater a Z pattern with more density, without the need of product. Curly hair is temperamental in relation to product use and humidity. Nonetheless, it is generally the thickest and most full-bodied of the curly hair textures.
Coily hair
Many misconceptions exist in relation to Coily hair textures. While thick in appearance, many coily hair textures are fine and fragile, in danger of more breakage than most other forms of curly hair. Prone to a dry nature, coily hair generally requires a more gentle care regimen for healthy growth, moisture, and texture.
Geometry Curly Hair Studio’s in-depth coily hair consultations allow us to build the most ideal path for your hair texture and integrity. My goal is to leave you with the most supple, moisturized, and healthy hair so you can rock your coils each and every day.
Wavy Hair
Wavy hair lies on the curls spectrum between straight and heavily curly hair. While other forms of curly hair lose their sheen the lower down the curly funnel they live, wavy hair does inherit some of the natural sheen to which straight hair clients are accustomed. Wavy hair can fluctuate between straight and curly styles easily, though the texture is known to be susceptible to fizziness under many circumstances.

In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, sewing, and thrifting!

Kenny Barbeiro
Guest Artist& Educator,Master Barber
I’m Kennedy, a 23-year-old barber from São Matheus, São Paulo, proud of my Afro heritage. I started cutting hair at 13, learning from my father, and at 17, I joined a Senegalese-founded salon in downtown São Paulo, specializing in Afro cuts for a predominantly Afro clientele.
Despite a humble background, my parents’ hard work inspired me. I briefly studied Aircraft Maintenance and Aerospace Engineering but prioritized supporting my family through barbering.
As my work gained traction in the U.S. and Brazil by 2020, I transitioned to a vibrant barbershop where I taught my technique. Over three years, I trained many barbers, promoting appreciation for Afro hair. In 2022, I moved to a hairdressing salon to create a welcoming space for female clients. I continue to teach and innovate, proud of my legacy in the Afro barbering community.
I believe dedication leads to success.

Hi I’m Cyn! Ever since I was a young girl, I always knew I was going to work in the beauty industry. As a teen, I would spend hours creating different types of makeup looks on myself and I enjoyed the creative outlet it gave me. This inspired me to acquire my Cosmetology license. I appreciate what a good hair transformation does for the soul. I am a firm believer in when you look good, you feel good. I love uplifting those around me and helping women feel confident. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my pets and going on nature walks.
